Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about portable containers, storage, quotes and working with us.

Quotes

What information do I need for a quote?

The container size, the delivery address or ZIP code, the rental period, and what you plan to store. Photos of the placement area help us confirm access.

What container sizes do you offer?

8-foot and 16-foot portable storage containers, subject to availability. Exact specifications are confirmed with your quote.

Who loads and unloads the container?

You do. Your team, or you at home, loads and unloads the container. We handle delivery, pickup and the container logistics.

How soon can you deliver a container?

We confirm the earliest available delivery date with your quote. Booking a few days ahead gives you the most choice of dates.

Can I get to my things while the container is at my property?

Yes. The container stays at your home or business, so you can open it and load or unload whenever you need to.

What happens when my rental ends?

Schedule pickup and we take the container away. Leave it empty and in the condition you received it; any cleaning or damage charges follow the rental agreement and are explained before you book.

How is the rental billed?

Container rental is billed monthly. Delivery and pickup are billed per trip. Every charge is disclosed in your quote before you accept, and nothing is booked until you do.

How fast will I get my price?

After you send a request, our team replies by email with your price and delivery date, usually within one business day.

Do I need an account to get a quote?

No. You can request a quote without creating an account.

Containers and storage

What can I store?

Business inventory, equipment, tools, supplies, building materials, household items and seasonal or renovation materials. Hazardous materials, prohibited substances, live animals and perishables are not accepted.

Where do you deliver?

Austin, Texas, and surrounding areas. We confirm your location with your quote.

Where can the container go?

On a stable, reasonably level surface with safe truck access, such as a driveway, parking lot or jobsite, with permission from the property owner. Final placement is subject to the driver’s safety assessment.

Can you move a container to another location?

Relocating containers between business locations is coming soon, subject to container compatibility, weight limits, equipment and availability.

Do you offer plans for several containers?

Multi-container and long-term business plans are coming soon. Request a consultation from the Business page and we’ll contact you.

Do you offer hot shot delivery?

Yes, for business customers only. A dedicated truck takes time-sensitive freight directly from pickup to delivery.

Are you operating now?

We’re in our launch stage: each service, date and location is confirmed with you before anything is booked.

Price and billing

Why don’t you list prices online?

Delivery and pickup depend on your location and site, and rental depends on the size and how long you need it. Our team sends an exact price, usually within one business day, so you don’t get a teaser rate that changes later.

What could change the price?

Extra containers, a longer rental, another delivery or pickup, waiting time or a redelivery if the site can’t be reached, approved special handling, excess weight, and cleaning or damage under the rental agreement. Any of these is explained in your quote before you accept.

Is the 16 ft container twice the price of the 8 ft?

Not necessarily. Rental, delivery and pickup are priced separately, so compare both sizes in your quote; we’re happy to price both.

Is the quote free?

Yes. Requesting a quote is free and doesn’t require an account.

Placement and permits

How much space does the container need?

A stable, reasonably level spot with room for the truck to reach it and no low branches or wires overhead. Share a photo of the spot in your quote if you’re not sure; we’ll confirm it before delivery.

Do I need a permit or HOA approval?

On your own driveway or lot you usually don’t. On a street, a shared lot or in an HOA you may need permission or a permit; check the local rules before delivery.

Can the container go on grass or gravel?

Often yes, if the ground is firm and level. Tell us the surface in your quote; final placement is subject to the driver’s safety assessment.

Quote status

How do I check on my quote request?

Enter the reference from your quote request (for example BB2G-7Q6L5P) under Check Quote Status. It shows where your request stands: received, contacted, quote sent or booked.

Business and careers

Can my company plan storage with you?

Yes. Request a consultation from the Business page and our team will contact you.
