Using this website

This website is operated by Big Box To Go LLC (“BigBox2Go”), based in Austin, Texas. It lets you learn about BigBox2Go portable storage and container services, request quotes, check on a request, apply to work with us and contact our team.

Our roles

BIGBOX2GO LLC (USDOT 7532959) rents, delivers and picks up portable storage containers with its own equipment and drivers, and offers hot shot delivery to business customers. Your quote states the service, dates and price.

Containers, delivery and pickup

The customer loads and unloads the portable container. The container is placed at an approved location the customer has permission to use; final placement is subject to the driver’s safety assessment. With hot shot, the shipper loads and the receiver unloads unless other help is confirmed in writing before booking.

Quotes and bookings

A quote request is not a booking. A service is scheduled only after our team confirms the price and dates with you.

Information you provide

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, such as addresses, site access, weight and contact details. Inaccurate information can change the price or delay the service.

Applications

Applications to work with BigBox2Go are subject to verification. Sending one does not create an agreement.
